I made Manhattan clam chowder for dinner yesterday and gave the bull a rest!I have two freezers full of good stuff to smoke, but it just keeping raining here in the south

Below Z? Where does your Bull live and work?Got started a little late but just got 2 racks of spare ribs on the bull. It’s below freezing here, the bull got up to temp quickly. I am using the smoke tube for the first time. We shall see.

It’s the tube I bought on line. Octagonal, open one end. Ribs are almost done. Another 20 min. Final glaze in 10 min.Ribs on a pit. Does not get much better than that. You go G!! Thinking you can find a way to make that Manhattan Clam Chowder on the pit next time too.
