Smoking turkey...having trouble holding temp...pls help

Hi all, I’ve had a rec tec for better part of 10 years and have smoked tons of stuff with great results. I just added the new WiFi controller and a cold smoke box, and Amy smoking a turkey for the first time since I added both. Obviously I’m smoking the turkey in the main chamber, but for some reason the smoker temperature is vascillating like crazy. From 200 to 250 to 200 to 220. Can’t keep it regulated. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanksgiving turkey is at risk!

What is the outside temp and what do you have your feed rate adjusted to?

30 degrees and 8pct (from 6.5). Once the temp starts to drop I shut it off and then restart and it kicks back up for 10-20m and then fades again ...
