I'm getting hungry, looks wonderful!Here is a picture of a California tri tip trifecta last weekend. This was cooked at 200 degrees for four hours in our Bull. Pulled at 145 internal temperature. All I did was grab them from the fridge, coat with canola oil and toss on rub. Super easy and happy diners.
