Dammit, mine are probably long gone to the dump. I'll have to see if I happened to save them. They weren't referenced in my installation instructions at all.
Be careful if yours goes UPS. Mine sat at their facility for a week because I didn't realize they were supposed to call me to arrange delivery and they simply forgot to or just didn't. Even when I called them, it took two days to get someone on the phone and the delivery arranged.
Finally decided to pull the trigger on a new Bull, placed the order last Thursday.
Five days later, the status remains "Pending Approval". I know there was a "Delayed Shipping" indicator on the Bull, but anyone have any ideas how long that delay is going to be?
