Either way...but it will take longer obviously, if it's colder on the internal temp. I like to let mine get closer to room temp. That's just me. Post pics and goodluck ! O-H !!
Came out pretty good. Grill got to 600 in full when trying to sear. Had a small grease fire I drop pan so only seared 1 side. But still came out great. Will try to add pics.
