I did my burn in and first set of babyback ribs last weekend. It was delicious and got rave reviews from the other half. Came out so tender. The temp was rock steady throughout the cook.
One thing I’d recommend for new owners is to do the burn in the day before or hours before your first cook. I waited about an hour for the grill to cool down before I put the ribs on but it was still a bit too hot and took some time to come down.
The only regret I’m having is that maybe I should have went with the bigger Bull. Lol.
