Shoulder bone in blade 6lbs

First pulled pork for me on RT700. Planning to eat between 5 and 6pm. Thinking 225 on at 6/7am to be safe. Unwrapped to end. Wrap in cooler when pull out. What do you think?
 
i did my first on rt700 last week. I did 225 an internal temp at 195. It took 16 hours. 6lb shoulder.

Looks great Heypatton. Wow 16hrs for 6lbs. I was estimating at 1.5hr/lb but 16hrs is lot slower. Maybe I better put it on tonight and then I can slow it down or wrap it by noon tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up. Would suck tomorrow night not being done.
 
Glad I put this 6lb shoulder on about 1am. 13.5hrs later At 225’ seem to be hitting a bit of a second stall at 180’s IT. Planning to eat 530 so I wrapped and bumped the temp to 300. Will I hit 200 and be able to rest for at least 30mins do you think? Worried might be eating a little bit later.
Thanks for any advice.
 
When going 220-225 I have now done 17 lbs and 15 lbs over 2 cooks. Both times 16+ hours with stalls near 165 & 180. True low and slow is just that....SLOW but turns out damn good
