Got the bull and bullseye full this evening with some chuleta, or Mexican pork chops! If you have never done these on the recteq’s I highly recommend!

Love to see the recipe, love my Bullseye! (now that it is fixed)

They are real simple! Pick up some chuleta for any Mexican supermarket or grocery. I usually rub with pigs ass, meat church holy gospel, or porkosaurus. Let sit for 15 min or so once rub is on and then toss on the recteq’s at 225 for about 3 hrs. After 3 hrs I raise the temp to 350 for a few minutes to crisp up the fat a little. They turn out amazing Every time!
