Did a brisket yesterday and it was so satisfying to have a device that behaved as it should. Woke up at 3AM, turned the Bull on from my bed, it was up to temp and the meat was on by 3:15. I didn't have to worry about hopper issues, controller issues, temp. issues, grease issues, not a single thing. I adjusted the temp up and down a couple of times from my basement to try to hit my target time. It came out amazing! That is exactly what I wanted from a pellet grill.
