INGREDIENTS:
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Combine all seasonings and liquids well in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Pour the marinade over the salmon and allow to rest 2-4 hours in the fridge.
  3. Pre-heat Rec Tec grill to 425℉.
  4. Place the side of salmon on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  5. Cook for 20-25 minutes until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 130℉.
  6. Allow fish to rest 5 minutes before cutting into portions.

Mike, have you cooked this per the recipe? 20-25 min, plus the 5 minute carryover seems a bit longish time wise to have a moist outcome.

@Uncle Bob I've cooked salmon on my RecTec Bull several times. I always cook based on internal temp of 130-145, which is usually around 15-20 minutes in the 400-450 cooks.

I'd recommend to experiment a bit and find what works best for you.

Thanks for the confirmation Mike, my cooks in that temp range typically run closer to the 15 minute mark too. I realize there's a thickness factor as well, I only do wild caught salmon which aren't particularly thick (1/2" at the thickest). And as usual, temp over time as the guideline is best.

I am not a big cooked salmon person...I like mine in sushi form...LOL But my wife is....That looked excellent. I am definitely going to give this a try! Thank you @Mike
