Mississippi Mud Roast..
3 lb chuck roast - smoked at 200 for 3 - 4 hours
Placed in tray with the following:
1 packet of Au Jus mix
1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix
1 stick of unsalted butter
8 to 10 sliced peperoncino w/ juice from jar
back in smoker at 275 for 3 hours or so, or until meat is pull apart
Finished product photos coming...
