I know that this must have been shared before, but I was wondering... How do you like to do asparagus and other veggies too? I am on a low carb diet (KETO) so my new Bull is going to be very useful for my meat and veggies diet. (Down about 25 with 25 more to go.) Thanks everyone.
UPDATE: A fellow member just a few miles away is going to come and over and pick them up.
I was thinking of donating my legs/shelf. You know, they are the newer ones that swag out... to someone who has the older version. I am not sure how I would do the shipping though... or if it is worth it...
So pleased with the Bull! It took me about 4 attempts but the Wifi is working too. No issues on the cooking side. Did the 400 degree burn in. Then took it down to 180. Put the chicken thighs on and eventually took them up to 430 degrees. Here they are.

UPDATE: The issue is resolved! Thanks to Zach at Rec Tec and to my fellow grilling friends here. Spending the extra time was worth it. I am happy and for my troubles Rec Tec is sending me a complimentary Competition Cart. They went above and beyond my expectations and I am grateful. Thanks again...

One of the things I love about grilling and smoking is that it works with my Low Carb diet! Not everyone can stay on a meat and veggie diet for long term, but I love MEAT and I love VEGGIES especially when they have been grilled! Down about 25 pounds since the beginning of the year. Another 25...
I have never really heard anyone speak about the recommended gap on the chimney cap. Does a smaller gap make more smoke? Does the way it comes from the factory have a preset height or is it just luck of the draw? My unit comes next week some time. Was just wondering... love to hear your thoughts.
