Update on probe alarms: Working fine today so far with meatloaf. Glitch? User error ( I am over 50 after all)?. Don’t know, but I’m just glad it’s working.

Made pizza tonight, second night in a row, Still great, just in case the first night’s cook was a fluke! Temp stayed at about 500. Used both the mat and stone. ??

And what temp are you trying to keep? Issues holding a low temp can be different from keeping a high one.
